👃 I LOVE the smell of jasmine.

Yesterday this beautiful & fragrant flower was part of my regular grounding practice.

Curious?

Mine usually go something like this:

Lay or sit on the grass near our creek or pond; earthing, stretching if my body wants to

Breathe deeply

Stare up at the blue sky or clouds

Close my eyes when they need a rest

Meditate or visualise (if my mind is too busy to go it alone, I go get my phone and play a guided @headspace one. I love Andy).

If I have time & the desire, I then follow these prompts from my @dreamy_moons journal

6 long, deep breaths

NOTICE:

4 things you feel 

3 things you hear

2 things you smell

1 thing you taste 

Depending on the day I might just think the answers or I’ll write them down.

If I feel like writing more, I do. But often Baby is awake, I’m hungry, Big Girl is bored or laundry beckons.
